Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner Serving St. Louis and the Metro East

As a licensed massage therapist for more than 15 years and a past Illinois Massage Board member, my passion is helping people heal, both mind and body. I understand recovering from surgery or chronic pain demands more than rest and medication – it requires restarting the body’s immune system and addressing the emotional stress that can stifle healing.

Through lymphatic drainage massage, I blend relaxation techniques with specialized therapeutic methods to help cosmetic surgery patients find relief in the days following their procedure and experience more beautiful results in the weeks to follow. Lymphatic massage employs a very light touch that reduces bruising, scarring, and fluid retention while minimizing pain and discomfort. My extensive training in lymph massage has provided me the opportunity to help post-operative patients from across St. Louis recover more quickly following cosmetic surgeries, including tummy tucks, Mommy Makeovers, breast reduction and enhancement, liposuction, and Brazilian butt lifts, as well as general surgeries and injuries.

In addition, I am a Certified Kinesiology Taping Practitioner in the Dr. Kase taping method. Kinesio® Taping, used on its own or in coordination with lymphatic drainage massage, helps reduce lymph and fluid build-up and reduce scar tissue.

One of my specialties is addressing the emotional aspects of pain and inflammation through Cranial Release Technique (CRT) and CranioSacral Therapy (CST). By restoring balance to the central nervous system, I help promote a patient’s overall well-being and boost their immune system. I have been published in CST magazines due to positive results of working with 3-year-old twin boys with autism and employing CRT and have successfully treated PTSD clients returning from service and survivors of 9/11.
